Additionally, he has demonstrated his ability to manage large teams effectively and has contributed significantly to the development of innovative agricultural solutions.
Sunil Kumar Jain
Mr. Sunil Kumar Jain is a qualified Agriculture Professional and Management Professional with over 23 years of extensive experience. During this period, he was associated with the world's leading Seeds Companies. He has demonstrated expertise in fund management, is an excellent trainer, and possesses profound knowledge of the compatibility of different types of seeds in various climatic regions of the nation. He is always ready to take on new challenges, embracing opportunities for growth and improvement.
Jagdish Prasad Pareek
Mr. Jagdish Prasad Pareek served in the agriculture department of Rajasthan State Government. During the period he performed different responsiblities in the division of Agriculture department of Rajasthan. He was retired from assistent director position as Subject matter specialist in 2001.

Miss Abha Jain is an IT professional with strong leadership qualities and excellent office administration skills. She is adept in human resource development and possesses exceptional communication skills. Her comprehensive expertise ensures effective management and smooth operations.
Surendra Rajpurohit
Mr Surendra Rajpurohit is Qualified Biology Professional having wast Experience of 25 years in Agri-Input Industry. He is the founder of Phelantho Agrokemia Pvt. Ltd. As Director. He is having good understanding of Consumer Behaviour and expert in Product Promotion, Branding and Extension work.

Our mission is to create a bridge between the farmers and the quality producers/manufacrurers of different products used in the agriculture, between farmers and buyers of their produce. Our main aim is to grow an organization in which farmers will be more empowered to avail their required materials at appropriate rate directly from the producers/ manufacturers without any market channel online and offline

The Idea
The idea is to promote a farmer-oriented organisation in which farmers will be the key in decision making for themselves. The company will dilute its 50% shareholding among the farmers. First of all, they will fix their requirements and then the company will negotiate with the producer/manufacturers to fulfil the requirements at the best price. The company will also arrange buyers for their produce at the best price. Apart from the business activities, the company will spend its 10% profit among the farmers to train them in advanced agricultural practices and health camps.

JAPAR AGRO INPUT PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to offering farmers a comprehensive range of agricultural solutions, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and machinery. By directly connecting producers with farmers, we reduce costs and ensure access to high-quality products. We provide free consultancy services to help farmers optimize crop yields and adopt sustainable practices. Involving farmers in decision-making through feedback, we aim to empower them. Future plans include shareholding options for farmers and offline stores for agricultural inputs. Additionally, we act as a mediator between farmers and the government, helping them understand available benefits. We allocate 10% of our profits to health, training, and development initiatives, with a vision to expand nationwide in five years.
